ここはホテルではありません。
建物に到着するとフロントもなく、普通のレジデンスでした。どうやらあらかじめ部屋の暗証番号をもらって入るようですがそれについて事前に連絡もないため困惑しました。
こちらが事前にコンファームしなかったのも悪いのですが、入り方が分からないため電話番号をインターネットで調べて連絡しました。最初電話が繋がらず年末に部屋がないとこのあと4日間困ってしまうと焦りましたが3回目でつながり、この施設には今日からの私達の部屋はないので他に行く必要があると言われました。
what's upでやり取りしながら駅の近くの別の施設に別の係の人が来てくれてなんとか宿泊できました。むしろそちらは広いリビングと寝室にキッチンもあり、担当の方にも大変良くして頂き快適でしたが、付くはずの朝食もなく、そもそも行ってから部屋がないという状況にかなり焦りました。
事前に連絡することをお勧めします。

The property is situated very close to the centre but in a quieter area. It was very spacious and kept very clean everyday. The landlord was very helpful & always tried to help. Breakfast which was enough to keep us going for the morning and was served in the balcony of our room with the view of the Vesuvius . We would definitely stay at this property when we visit Sorrento again. The only downside to this property was that it did not have a long mirror but only had 1 mirror in the bathroom. However we told the landlord & she said that she will be doing a long mirror in the property.

Dico subito che non tornerei qui ma voglio dare i miei pro e contro: PRO - la posizione strategica a pochi metri dalla stazione dei BUS e dei treni - vicino al centro di Sorrento - pulizia - struttura molto nuova - gentilezza e disponibilità del personale CONTRO - molto rumorosa dalla strada, stanze poco insonorizzate, porta di ingresso molto ma molto rumorosa - accessori in bagno mancanti ( non sai dove appoggiare gli asciugamani) - colazione da migliorare - non viene consegnata la ricevuta fiscale e no pagamento con bancomat

B&B situato in posizione strategica vicino al centro. È dotato di aria condizionata, minibar e TV. Molto pulito. Il personale è gentile, ci ha preparato una bella colazione in vassoio con brioches fresche, frutta spremuta e cappuccino che poi abbiamo consumato in camera. L'ho trovato molto pulito e accogliente. Sicuramente lo consiglio.

Cute B&B! Very close to the train station and bus stop which made it easier to travel around. Reception was very welcoming and provided clear instructions on checking in/out.

This is a great little B&B. We stayed in room 3. The room was large, modern & spotless with a mini fridge, safe and toiletries provided. Beds were really comfy and air con was a god send. The balcony had a lovely city and sea view with a brilliant view of mount Vesuvius. Breakfast was continental and served to us on our balcony every morning. Our hosts were lovely, friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a brilliant location, right behind the train station, a 2 minute walk onto the Corsa Italia and 5 minutes to piazza Tasso. It’s situated on a busy main road but don’t let that put you off. I will definitely be back here when I visit Sorrento again! Thank you.

I went to check-in - no one was at the property - called the number and was told to go check into a different property down the street. After 40 minutes, I finally was able to check into "a" room, but not the room I had booked. The heat in the unit did not work - not a great experience at all.
