Hotel was lovely and all staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were delicious with a varied choice. Pool area was lovely although the water was a bit cold at this time of year. Hotel was ideally located for train and bus stations and for the town center. Only downside was our room looked across from the church which had it's bells ringing loudly at 6.30am every morning, except Sunday! Would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Sorrento.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in. Small, very clean and immaculately furnished. Our room, at the rear of the hotel, had it's own balcony overlooking the pool and the garden, which was full of orange and lemon trees - a lovely spot to while away a few hours. The staff were all so friendly and the buffet breakfast was to die for!! Well situated at only 5 minutes stroll from the main square and 5 minutes from the bus and train stations.

In Sorrento for a wedding , decided to make a week of it rather than FIFO. Smart move ! We were the first to arrive on the Friday first day of the season . Tasteful and good quality renovations over the winter. ROOM; spotless , reasonable size with good quality linen and toiletries . ( lady who did our room was charming ) RECEPTION; Cool and welcoming , front of house staff were friendly and helpful . Nice seating area POOL; lovely and quiet although at this time of the year it was rather bracing , but nice unobtrusive but attentive service from the young lad at the bar. BREAKFAST; superb choice healthy and less healthy !. Only criticism is there was the classic European hotdog type sausages which were awful . LOCATION; perfect short walk from town centre . Enjoyed the Easter celebrations. The only fault , which is beyond the control of the hotel was that it was particularly noisy from the side road.

The room was lovely and spotless. There's a kettle and plenty of stuff with it. The lounge area is cool to sit in after an evening in the local town. The bar staff are so helpful and friendly, particularly Hasssan, who never stops making you welcome. The cleaning staff do a great job, the short blonde lady,who did our room was exceptional. The best buffet breakfast I've ever seen too. Very handy to the town centre.

Abbiamo prenotato una stanza superior e ci siamo ritrovati un bagno senza bidet, cosa mai accaduta in Italia! Il personale ci ha comunicato che trattasi di normalità e solo dopo nostra insistenza ci hanno assegnato una camera con bidet. Date le temperature di 10 gradi esterni abbiamo chiesto fosse acceso il riscaldamento e ci è stato negato. A nostro avviso, il personale è estremamente maleducato e invadente, abbiamo richiesto delle sedie per mangiare un delivery in camera e dopo qualche ora sono venuti a bussare alle 22.00 per riprenderle e lamentare che fuori la stanza nel corridoio vi era una busta con l’immondizia (ordinatamente riposta), oltre a riferirci in maniera nervosa e arrogante che il nostro comportamento era stato fuori luogo costringendoci a tenerci in camera l’immondizia. Ad esclusione del personale della reception, lo staff parla solo inglese ed è sicuramente alle prime esperienze lavorative, non rispondendo gli standard di un 4 stelle. Le stanze non sono insonorizzate e si sentono i rumori degli ospiti sul corridoio e nelle stanze vicine. Vista la nostra esperienza, sicuramente non torneremo e non vi consigliamo di soggiornare qui dove la maleducazione regna sovrana.

Lovely hotel we were welcomed by the lovely Reception staff who were so friendly and helpful. We were celebrating a big birthday whilst in Sorrento and they decorated our room whilst we were at dinner and left us a lovely note and present. Breakfast was plentiful with attentive staff happy to help, it is in an ideal location for the train station. Good pool area which we didn't really use the weather was not that warm.

Great little hotel situated perfect for Sorrento, rail & bus station, staff all friendly and helpful when asked about trips, walks, and anything else. Breakfast very good and plenty of it. Rooms nicely decorated and good size. Will use again

The hotel's location is easily accessible from the train station and Sorrento's centre. Modern furnishings and a good breakfast made our stay enjoyable. Highly recommended hotel.
