El parador es muy bonito y muy cómodo, no le doy 5 estrellas porque me parece que falta más personal en el desayuno, (en la cena no sé porque nunca cené allí.), está todo muy limpio y las habitaciones son silenciosas y tienen unas vistas muy bonitas

A pesar de que tanto el servicio, la ubicación como el desayuno fueron muy bien y acordes a las expectativas de un parador, la habitación no cumplió dichas expectativas, y más después del precio de la misma.

Perfeito em tudo , local bem localizado para explorar a vila e região , estacionamento proximo e gratuito e de fácil acesso . Quarto confortável , funcionários atenciosos , tem elevador , facilita a acessibilidade . O Jantar maravilhoso com opções a experimentar da região muito saboroso e café da manhã muito bom e completo com pratos quentes a escolher inclusive . Para quem está na região recomendo com certeza o hotel

As Amigo members from previous Spain trips we booked this Parador based on the history and reviews and had high expectations. We booked the Amigo rate rather than the early bird rate expecting some extra benefits for the additional Euros. That was not the case. We offered in house parking and were charged 21 Euros when spaces were free outside. A room upgrade offered was 15 Euros more but the room ended up smaller. Whilst the room was nice, well furnished, historic etc and we were happy with that it was more the explanations that were simply not there. We had paid for half board but when we went to dinner and breakfast there was no explanation of what we were entitled to. We sat and waited but nothing. We had to ask the waiter - and then because of language difficulties and even using Google translate we were left wondering what was going on. Whilst eventually the meals were good we were left feeling disappointed.

Se trata de un Parador moderno, de los años ‘70, en una bonita y tranquila localización. Sin embargo, comparado con otros Paradores, decepciona. La biblioteca es escasa, en general nos ha parecido poco acogedor y con limitadas opciones, particularmente para un lugar donde la meteorología no acompaña y obliga a qued**** en el Parador. Los salones no ofrecen demasiadas distracciones, el juego de billar no es gratuito, pero se encuentra en malas condiciones, las chimeneas no se encienden a no ser que se solicite… en general, no aporta sensación de calidez, por lo que la mayor parte del tiempo la pasamos en la cafetería. En relación a otros Paradores de 4 estrellas, decepciona. El personal, por otra parte, es muy agradable y profesional, por lo que nos llevamos buena sensación en ese aspecto. Por último, la comida del restaurante es correcta, sin grandes ilusiones ni decepciones. Se corresponde más con un lugar de 3 estrellas. La habitación es sencilla pero cómoda, me gustaron especialmente las almohadas, por lo que se descansa bien.

Like many this was our first stay in a Parador. We didn't know what to expect. It says 4 star but it felt like something much better. The quick and courteous check in with Nacho and Nerea was a delight. The room was extremely comfortable and very spacious. What I loved was the cleanliness. The cleaning staff must be the best in Spain. At the restaurant we were treated very nicely and had amazing food on our plates at exactly the right time. Our free breakfast was one on the best we have had in years. This hotel is first class in every way and we commend the manager for his excellent leadership. We strongly recommend a stay at this Parador. Thank you to all the team!

Parador y entorno son una experiencia inolvidable . Estuvimos en una habitación inmensa y comodísima además de con vistas al pueblo . Como todos los paradores con su encanto propio y con un personal y servicio muy profesional y amable . También al comedor se le pueden aplicar los mismos términos al menos enla cena que disfrutamos

Friendly service. Good view because the Hotel is almost on the top of the hill. The server in the restaurant is nice. One morning I rushed to attend the Mass and asked her to pack up my food for later used. Honestly it is not allowed. Once she knew my intention, she was happy to do it for me. I have to say thanks. Furthermore the people working in the reception are also helpful and friendly. Always 😀
