Solo estuve por suerte en el spa, realmente fue un desastre, el dependiente te llama la atención a la mínima por cualquier ruido, la sauna, si se puede llamar así, se paraba cada rato, habiendo que avisar al simpático dependiente, referente a los chorros ridículos , valos de críos, no recomendable... un timo, mucha gente que creo no repitira, si no estás hospedado eres un apestado... he estado en diferentes spa y este es el peor.... mucho nombre y mucho que desear....repito NO VAYAN A ESTE SITIO

9 pax a MP. 5 noches Excelente ubicación El mejor activo el personal. El Restaurante se adapta totalmente a las necesidades del cliente. Hacen todos los esfuerzos para dar satisfacción. Las habitaciones correctas, con buen baño Pk gratuïto Muy recomendable.

Con amigos para la cena con alojamiento y spa el 10 de Febrero. No había habitaciones "normales", tuvimos que coger de "luxe"??? Era amplia, pero el mobiliario muy anticuado, tampoco teníamos ni gel ni champú en el baño. Spa...pequeño, pero normalito. Ahora viene la cena: un desastre... sólo había un plato que se "dejaba" comer. Botellas de bebida abiertas, muy mala calidad (claro en ningún sitio ponía las marcas de los vinos...no sé qué nos dieron). Después de la cena, un DJ.... hacía poco caso a nuestras peticiones. También había un sorteo con las entradas a la cena, lo curioso fue que una de las premiadas se levantó antes de que dijesen su número. Y al día siguiente...desayuno: horroroso Zumo de naranja no natural, tomate en tarrinas, queso fresco (6 mini trocitos) pan duro como una piedra y unas lonchas de jamón que no sabían a nada. Un auténtico desastre, de lo que nos cobraron...se gastaron en nosotros la décima parte. No lo recomiendo Sólo el personal merece la pena

Fuimos a celebrar la nochevieja por segundo año consecutivo, el trato, la comida, las instalaciones excelentes. La cafetería muy acogedora y con precios razonables. La cena de nochevieja espectacular. El DJ el mejor que me he encotrado yo. Animado pero sin problemas.

Recepción 9, desayuno 10, cena le doy un 8 por qué es muy repetitivo, pero se come muy bien, spa 8 tuvimos un problema en el spa y Cristina una chica jovencita muy amable y simpática nos ofreció unos masajes o un baño particular, luego también nos dijo que visitar por esos lugares. La habitación le doy un 7 aún teniendo el aire caliente todo el día, no llegaba a caldear la habitación, almohadas muy blandas, pero en general le doy un notable , es un sitio muy tranquilo

Just for one night on our way to visit family the hotel was very pleasant & set menu dinner was good . We did not have time to use the spar which looked excellent
