Excellent location! Near to beach, town and the botanical gardens. An authentic way to see the Island with good connections to many excursions. The owner lives on site and could not have done more to accommodate us with food and travel links. Upon arrival there were beers and water in the fridge and AC. Views are stunning! All in all made our stay comfortable with ease. Thank you Michelle & Martin

An amazing clean environmentally friendly location surrounded with many fruit trees even a fish pond to relax by. The beach and the old town were both in walking distance offering all the basics for my vacation . Cisco was so helpful information. Thanks for everything

It was a horrible experience. There is not enough lighting and I fell down and hurt myself which ruined the rest of the trip. Lot of surprises - owner charges for AC stating "environment fee" or something. We learnt about this additional fee and stopped using the AC. In fact, we didn't even stay in the house and kept driving around in the car since AC was not allowed and it was 85-90 degrees outside. Despite all this he charged us an additional amount and kept aggressively texting us after check out as well. There was also no privacy since the owner would be in our backyard all the time. Bathrooms are old and very dirty. Overall it left a bad taste with us not just about our stay but about St Lucia itself. Will never visit again. Almost felt swindled.

Just enough kitchen and space for us to be comfortable. The best was the view of the hills around Soufriere from the front porch and the privacy of the back veranda with the tiki hut, fish pond, and hammocks. The local grove of pineapples and fruit and nut trees rounded out the experience of living in an oasis. We had no rental car, but the owner was discretely available and connected us with a certified taxis and information of the area. We could easily walk to the waterfront (15 min), the Massy supermarket (10 min), and Diamond Falls/Botanical Garden/Mineral Springs (5 min). All we needed was a taxi from the airport and one time to Gros Piton. The place was neat and tidy and the wifi worked great!

Cisco was an excellent host! He was very informative, responsive and professional. The place was clean and matched the description, with beautiful mountain views and a lot of yard space with various fruit trees. I did not have a car while staying here and I was able to get around Soufriere with no issues on foot with everything from the grocery store to the beach within a 10-20 minute walk. If you prefer not to walk Cisco has a driver he can refer you to - he was kind enough to wake up at 430am to take me to Castries to catch my ferry. He was excellent and gave the fairest rates I saw on the island. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

My wife and I stayed at this apartment for 2 weeks, it was recommended to me by a friend who told me, if I wanted to experience a part of St. Lucia that was very authentic, this would be a great place to stay due to its location. (So glad I listened, we had the most amazing time!) Upon arrival, the owner was very welcoming an accommodating, the apartment was ready and waiting for us when we arrived which was conviently located just out of the small town. It was very clean, tidy and had all the comforts you’d want/need in an apartment.. A/C, Wi-Fi, Shower, TV(with Netflix, YouTube), cooking facilities, air fryer There is also a big garden that guests can use to the rear of the property where you can chill out, have a bbq or just see if you can see all the different types of fruits growing on the trees and the pineapple patch in the garden. We had all facilities explained to us, was told of places to go for food/drinks, supermarkets, excursions, things to do and see, car rental, etc. Any issues were promptly dealt with by the owner. The Diamond Falls Botanical Gardens & Mineral Baths are situated adjacent to the apartment. It’s a 10 minute stroll to the nearest beach (Soufriere Beach).. The Piton Mountains, Sulphur Springs is a 10 minute drive away. So if you want to experience the culture, the nature and tranquillity of St. Lucia, these apartments are comfortable, clean, value for money and ideally located! The views from the apartment of the surrounding hills are amazing!

This is a hidden gem in a peaceful corner of Soufriere, yet conveniently situated just a stone's throw away from the town and its local amenities, restaurants, bars and the Beach Park. Many other of St Lucia's most popular attractions like the Sulphur Springs, the Pitons, the Botanical Gardens and more were close by. The locality is beautifully scenic, with an array of scattered colour. It was fascinating to just sit on the veranda and observe the hummingbirds that frequent the garden, attracted to its lush flora. We were permitted to sample the organic fruits and vegetables grown on-site and honey from the beehive. The guesthouse is reasonably sized, with a number of spacious apartments, that comprise all the mod cons expected, like: air conditioning; fridge; cooking appliances; TV with streaming channels; wifi etc. My stay with my family in March was very comfortable and we appreciated that the rooms were very clean with fresh towels daily. The proprietor was warm, friendly and accommodating to anything we requested. He had a great knowledge of things to do not just locally, but island wide and gave advice on how to obtain the best deals. I would definitely stay here again and absolutely would recommend Diamondview to any visitor.

Spent 10 days at Diamondview with my partner and teenage daughter and we all had a nice, relaxing time. The price was great as well. The accommodation was bright and had everything we needed, i.e. shower, A/C, cooking facilities, a washing machine for guests, fridge, WIFI, TV with access to Prime Video, Netflix, YouTube etc. and a safe for valuables. The property is in a quiet and safe area, surrounded by lush greenery and has great views of the surrounding hills. It's approximately a 10 minute walk into town, where you will find bars and restaurants. There's also the nearby Diamond Botanical Gardens and Massey supermarket. Soufriere Beach is about a 15 minute walk away and the Sulphur Springs and Tet Paul Nature Trail are easily reachable. The owner was great and nothing was too much trouble. He has extensive knowledge of the area and was able to recommend excursions, attractions, places to eat, car hire and taxis. If you’re lucky, you may get to sample his organic honey from his personal beehive.

This was my 2nd time staying at Diamond View. I like it for its tranquility and beautiful scenery, and very easy distance from Diamond Botanical Gardens, Waterfalls, Sulphur Springs, Soufriere Beach, Bus Station, etc. Lush garden with an abundance of fruit that guests are free to pick, which is nice. & a hammock! Rooms are spacious and comfortable, showers work well. TV has Amazon firestick. Most importantly for me - rooms have air conditioning + fan; this means you can easily keep cool indoors, and aren't troubled at all by mosquitoes and other bugs since they hate fans and aircon. There's comfortable seating outside apartment too, good for a leisurely outdoor breakfast Gates are kept locked and there are security cameras all around property, + key safes. But to be honest area is safe and quiet, and as a solo woman I had no problems moving around at all. There is a bar 5 minutes walk away where you can have a drink and buy good local food. Convenience store within petrol station is also walking distance. Soufriere Beach is beautiful and around 15/20 minutes walk. Host is friendly and helpful, and only a WhatsApp message away, or will come to see you within minutes if you prefer. This is really useful for questions about getting around, local shops and sights, excursions, booking taxis. Really enjoyed my stay at Diamond View. Peace and comfort in lovely surroundings. Gorgeous view over the hills and valleys from upstairs verandah too. I'll be back for a 3rd visit.
