Great location, absolutely excellent. The room was quite good, and the sea-facing views are wonderful. The pools are beautiful, and the staff were friendly throughout our stay. Breakfast was plentiful, though the quality was average; for fruit, only strawberries and oranges were available. Otherwise, everything was very good.

Perfect convenience and top-notch service with a great smile.

Not even close to being a five star facility. No AC in 26 degree heat is shameful when you advertise that AC is available. The solution? "Open the window". Sure, if there weren't a busy road outside and a very lively nightclub. Manager didn't think "it would make sense" to change the room to one facing the sea as a compromise. Generally speaking, not even one aspect of this hotel is deserving even a three star rating, but then again it's cheap so I guess you get what you pay for.

Everything went well, but the room facing the street was very noisy. There was no air conditioning, and it was really hot at night, so we didn't sleep well at all.

Very nice hotel, the entrance feels like a palace. The room was very spacious with a desk and a balcony with a table, perfect for smokers. Excellent value for money. The food is very good and varied. The indoor pool, which is the only one available in winter, is quite small and limited but honestly superb and clean. The staff is very professional and attentive. A small negative point is that you can't have visitors come up to your room during the day. I'm not talking about overnight stays, of course, that's understandable. You can only host them in the lobby lounge or in one of the hotel's restaurants and cafes. Big shout out to the guy at the bar, he took great care of me and my family during their visit.

Booked a Queen bed room but hotel gave me two single bed room. Hotel promised to change room by tomorrow. After I changed the room, found out it wad same two single room. They only put two single together and put queen size bed sheet to cover two bed. Then they said it is Queen bed room. Service is too bad.

Service was incredibly slow! Check-in and check-out were very disorganized. We often waited 15 minutes for a drink at the bar, even with no other guests, as staff were busy chatting amongst themselves. However, the staff were generally friendly. However, a word of caution regarding the pool staff (the lifeguards). They would take already occupied sun loungers and parasols, claiming we weren't using them, even if we had just stepped away for a quick dip in the water. It seems you have to tip the lifeguards to get a sun lounger. The room's air conditioning was broken. It was 28 degrees Celsius inside, and despite numerous complaints, very little was done to address it. It's a shame, as the hotel itself is nice; not ideally located, but it's acceptable. I'm not sure I would stay here again. One thing is for sure though, it's definitely not a five-star hotel.

Hotel that is nice and well equipped. Restaurants are great. Room is bit hot and stuffy. Pool is nice so is the gym.

Beach is good with plenty of sunbeds Very nice pools and inside seawater pool is amazing Unfortunately some sunbeds covers were very dirty ( picture attached ) Otherwise all staff reception and staff are well cooperating and great ( Ghofrin and Jehid specially )

Fantastic! Definitely worth a return visit, but it was a bit pricey.

Location is great, good breakfast, and lobby is good. WiFi signal is poor, TV is small and bad! Attitude issues with the beach lifeguard.
