Hello I am going to give you my personal opinion in relation to what I have seen and experienced in this hotel it is not 4 stars sincerely I was taken in when I arrived I find no swimming pool neither indoors nor outdoors it is disappointing and the hearty breakfast it looks like the canteen of my old faculty in short it's just apartments for rent so no luxury

This hotel is max 3* & the service from staff is 2*, morning same breakfast staff shout at you and pretend they dnt understand when every day we wanted the same, no tea just coffee given in morning half a cup if you ask for more they look at you, one of the managers at reception was helpful the other wasn't at all wears a blue blazer, hotel itself was clean, cleaning staff were nice. If you have issues in rooms they do come to sort it, I'd say at max an entry level 4* hotel with 2* staff, Hotel is on beech front which is another positive

Overall OK hotel, apart from some members of staff who forgot to be friendly, except cleaning ladies and restaurant staff. Unusable gym, and really disappointed with the behavior of the staff who rent the parasols (even though they are included in the price of the reservation), and indulge in dishonest comments.

Cleanliness 0 but really 0 she mops without a bucket in all the rooms I find hair in the bathroom, pss sheet often changed rather put back the same if she decides which are clean, hotel without kitchenette meal service available but you have to 'equip your utensils your sponge e dishwashing liquid fridge not strong enough I had to throw away everything the race no entertainment closing at 7 p.m. water cut off 7 p.m. without being warned no parking available, praise sound at the bottom of the hotel so noise music has bottom until 3 a.m., umbrella limited to 2 deckchairs even if there are 5 people... and I'm thinking about it
