The hotel is clean, the room is cleaned every day, towels changed only 2 times in 7 days of stay - the maid simply outweighs them with the reverse side, the same thing happened with the bed linen, they didn’t change it at all - they just turned the sheet over and re-layed it, I discovered this purely by chance when on the fourth day of the stay the sheet turned out to be rough, it was not to sleep comfortably, I decided to turn it over to the other side, and there it turned out to be the same stain from peach juice that I accidentally left. There is no hair dryer, no TV in the room, the air conditioner is weak, at the time of our stay it was +38 C and +48 C for a couple of days. wi-fi only at the reception, but very weak. We liked the food in the diet was meat, fish, vegetables, fruits, ice cream, sweets. Between lunch and dinner, pancakes and pizza were baked at the poolside bar. The city is very dirty - garbage is everywhere and no one cleans it up, however, like in all other cities of Tunisia that we passed through. Номер 225 номер в нем есть дверь с соседним номером куда приезжают местные жители !ор гул, музыка... ресепшен не реагирует..пока сами их не отругали! Еда не соленая,не вкусная,скудная элементарного сыра нет,яйцо на ужин с огурцом и помидором! Все с кем общались были в шоке! Написали жалобу в новостар и библио глобус,что бы нас переселили в другой отель их сетки...они с нас начали вымогать деньги за переезд в равноценный отель три звёзды! и переезд за свой счёт! Телевизоров в номерах нет,хотя на сайте на фото они были!и в систему 3 звёзды всегда входит телевизор! 20 сентября отключили кондиционер во всем отеле и номерах, люди задыхались от жары,открывали окна двери чтобы как то дышать.не стыда не совести! Будьте бдительны не едьте в сетку новостар и отель ройл бич...пляж грязный мусор не убирают....море шикарное!

I would like to warn only that shampoos and other household chemicals are not included in the room. But I usually take everything I have with me, so it didn’t bother us :) In general, we are 100% satisfied with the hotel !!!
