The room is big as soon as you enter the door, and the whole window faces the sea. There is a small kitchen and pot. I didn't hear much noise at night, maybe it's because it's off-season. The location is excellent, but there is no internet. The staff is OK.

The location is very good, with the beach right in front of the hotel, less than a 10-minute walk from Sousse train station, and less than 15 minutes to the Medina.
However, the building and rooms are old, much of the equipment is falling apart, and the service quality is low. The view is great, but be aware that the beachside is noisy even at night in summer.
Wi-Fi is not available in the rooms, and although it is available in the lobby, it is very slow. The price is relatively low, so you need to be prepared to accept this.
