OK hotel but it doesn't deserve 5 stars, I was disappointed with my experience...
Negative points :
Small problem at the entrance: no baby bed in the room not in accordance with the reservation!
Fridge noise in the bedroom which prevents you from sleeping
Building work on the garden side…!

Super séjour ! Très beau séjour d'une semaine en couple à l'hôtel. La nourriture est excellente, un très bon rapport qualité/prix. Les équipes d'animation sont très sympathiques, sans être trop insistants. Merci à Mira, Domino, et tout le monde, j'ai oublié les prénoms. Merci à toutes les personnes au service restaurants, buffets, cuisinières, serveurs, etc toujours serviables et souriants. Merci à Arem et Mediha pour l'excellent service de chambre, toujours professionnelles et souriantes. On ne peut que recommander cet hôtel.

I regret not writing this review earlier, I’m back in Tunisia and staying at the marriot pearl and that’s my reason for writing this review. I really wish we had come back and stayed at Jaz, the location, food, staff and rooms were brilliant. Sadly when we wanted to book for our visit in May it was fully booked and ended up booking marriot which tbh is not as good. I would highly recommend this hotel, it’s an all round brilliant hotel and the food, staff and drinks are all top notch.

Excellent séjour en Tunisie ! Les animateurs, le service de restauration ainsi que les femmes de chambres étaient à nos soins, c’était parfait ! Mention spéciale à Jihene, qui s’est occupé de notre chambre toute la semaine parfaitement. Je recommande fortement ce magnifique hôtel.

Just coming to the end of an amazing week at the Jaz Tour Khalef, just wish we'd have booked 2 weeks!!!! Don't often write reviews on here but just felt I had to. What a place, so chilled, great food, pool and beach areas are fantastic. The staff are so friendly and honestly can't do enough for you. Hands down the nicest most friendly people we've ever had the privilege of meeting on holiday. The hotel manager should be extremely proud of his staff, they are all amazing We will definitely be back!!!!

The hotel is spectacular and spotlessly clean. All staff work tirelessly to make your stay as close to perfect as possible. The food is good and I can’t fault the facilities. The bed was a little harder than I am used to but that is personal preference and the bedding is clean and comfortable. The beach is to the rear of the hotel and I recommend making fall use of this. Special thanks to a few notable members of staff who truly went above and beyond. Chahir for the amazing cocktails and quick service 😊 Sabri for his warmth and attentiveness to all guests. Ziko, Domino, Mamba and Diablo for the constant high energy and laughs. Lastly the lovely Jihen the lady that attended our room, always a smile and nothing was too much trouble and her sense of humour was greatly appreciated. Although we did not have children with us, this is very child friendly and the staff ensure that they are entertained and well cared for.
