OK hotel but it doesn't deserve 5 stars, I was disappointed with my experience...
Negative points :
Small problem at the entrance: no baby bed in the room not in accordance with the reservation!
Fridge noise in the bedroom which prevents you from sleeping

Las instalaciones están muy bien y súper limpias y cuidadas. El personal del hotel es muy amable y encantador. Las habitaciones amplias y con buenas vistas. La playa está al lado con acceso privado. Un viaje de 10. Repetiremos sin duda. La piscina es una fantasía.

We have just had a 2 week stay here the staff are very helpful and friendly the food was pretty good. There are a few things that need sorting. The locks on the outdoor toilets need fixing as these don't work in the men's or womens . My real concern is all the broken and loose floor tiles around the 2 swimming 🏊♂️ pools. There has to be a few 100 tiles if not more that need replacing I would always put my trainers on when walking in these areas. Another thing a found strange was in the evening there was a disco in the reception area so if you wanted a beverage in the evening you had that Boom Boom music so we would go back to our room and have a coffee there. It's not a bad place but needs a lot of work and money spent to bring it up to standard.

Ich bin das zweite mal in diesem Hotel und muss sagen es ist sehr empfehlenswert die Kinderbetreuung ist ausgezeichnet durch lolli sie ist so süss und aufrichtig mit den Kindern. Das gesamte Animationsteam ist soo freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich kann jeder Familie und auch jedem Paare nur empfehlen das Hotel zu buchen.🥰

Bon séjour dans l'ensemble d'origine Marocaine nous avons voulu aller visiter Sousse et son paysage belle région et concernant l'hôtel bon accueil dans l'ensemble nourriture correcte aussi il y avait du choix. Merci a notre dame de ménage Leila qui s'est occupé de nous a merveille toujours souriante et agréable chambre 229 et 230. Dommage juste pour le manque d'animation en journée et soirée
