OK hotel but it doesn't deserve 5 stars, I was disappointed with my experience...
Negative points :
Small problem at the entrance: no baby bed in the room not in accordance with the reservation!
Fridge noise in the bedroom which prevents you from sleeping
Building work on the garden side…!

Nice people .delicious food .reception stuff very lovely..the house keeping of our room she is nice woman she make a good job ..animation team they are the best here .. lolly from the kids club she really make a hard work with the children’s..they love her so much .. keep going you are special girl 🥰🥰

Ok, where do I start..... If you are thinking of booking up for this hotel then DO IT. We have just arrived home after an amazing 2 week stay here. The hotel itself is stunning, it's immaculate, the staff etc are just phenomenal. They honestly can't do enough for u and are just soooo soooo nice n friendly all the time. 2 days into the holiday we were already looking at next year. We would like to thank all staff but mostly the pool boys for sorting us out beds each day (sorry didn't catch Ur names). Thanks to Karim for being so friendly and keeping us hydrated everyday(also the other pool waiters but again, sorry I didn't catch your names). Thanks to Azzeli & Sabhi in the dinnerhall n snack bar. Thanks to Hammadi, Ali & Mamhoud for also keeping us hydrated at night ❤️ these guys mentioned really really made our holiday and are the reason we will be back next year. All the staff however is amazing. Thanks again guys. To next year ❤️❤️

C'est notre 2ème séjour à l'hôtel qui s'est avéré très différent du 1er. Une dégradation remarquable. Le personnels reste un point fort mais la propreté et l'entretient doivent être améliorer. Tapis des couloirs sales, un grand insecte nous a fait la surprise dans le dressing de la chambre, téléphone en panne, lavabo bouché, table et chaises extérieures sales et avec grande couche de poussière, ménage n'est pas bien fait, trop de poussière, on retrouve les tâches et les pétales tombés là veille par terre à la même place, les serviettes de bain ne se changent pas, la femme de chambre les à met dans le balcon pour les sécher, les serviettes du piscine pris de l'hôtel doivent être changés qu'après 3 jours et non pas les rendre pour les remplacées à la fin de la journée..Parties desserts au resto à améliorer.

Accueillis comme des roi par tous le personnels tout le long du séjour Les chambres sont spacieuses et propre Le buffet est varié et bon ( attention a ne pas manger les merguez ) Le personnel est toujours à l’écoute de vos besoins Les photos sont à l’image de l’hôtel Hôtel très bien situé , dans une rue passante touristique avec beaucoup de restaurant à 5-8 minutes du port Al khantaoui Seul bémol : les finitions de l’hôtel sont pas terrible
