Very friendly staff.
The room was good but it was seen that bed bugs had been present a while ago.
Unfortunately, the meal menu was very limited.
The cost a little overpriced for the room.
The pool (/inside and outside) was very well lit and hygienists.
The view from the hotel room was very nice.

Very very badly placed: in the city center with a lot of passage of all types!! No parking space, the beach is too full. It's only "palace" in name and doesn't deserve those 5 stars.

Hotel très bien avec un personnel très gentil, nous avons été surclassé avec chambre vu mer , le restaurant très varié il manque rien, le petit déjeuner parfait sauf pas de beurre, le déjeuner et dîner pizza tout les jours, lasagnes, fruits de mer: moules,calamars, poissons grillé, poulet en sauce, mouton un délice, rien à dire surtout en al inclusive ,à l'extérieur vous êtes en Afrique il faut l'accepter, les taxis très peut cher, le souck à deux pas de l'hôtel, superbe séjour de 7 jours au départ de Lille a un prix plus qu'atractif, jluc et Martine Dunkerque i

J’ai passé 3 jours et deux nuitées à l’hôtel en demi pension et la qualité de service a été médiocre voire horrible. Service long, la propriété de la chambre 🤮personne n’y passe, le menu est très peu varié. C’est pas une première à Sousse palace mais c’était une première avec un service mediocre malheureusement.

The only advantage of this hotel is the location, but considering the number of disadvantages it has, I do not recommend anyone to book it. The rooms were dirty, cobwebs on the walls, the same in the corridors, I had three huge cockroaches in the room! The plates and cutlery in the restaurant were also unwashed, the tablecloths had stains from previous guests, the food was monotonous, practically the same every day, bland and not very tasty. The ladies at the reception were not very nice, standing there as if they were a punishment. A beach full of pets and other garbage. I honestly don't recommend it.

Excellent value for money, perfect location in the town centre for walking to all sites and both train stations.
Good wifi, good variety at breakfast and helpful staff. Had a nice view of hotel pool and the sea from my balcony.
No issues at all.

Bon hôtel, très bien situé., propre Personnel aimable Par contre, nourriture peu attrayante: légumes à peine cuits et de plus tout est "frais" pour ne pas dire froid ( frites immangeables) . Les crêpes auraient gagnées à être cuites...ainsi que le poulet et les les crevettes
