Anaya

Being the property situated in a good location doesn’t mean that the food, hygiene and safety standards are taken care of! very strange to see that insects like lizard, cockroaches roaming about the room. Even strange to face the electricity tripping 4 times a day that to with a kid of just 3 year. Even the buffet spread was also very very limited for vegetarians. Rooms were not sanitised!

The stay was amazing. Beautiful property. Staff were polite. Food was a little expensive. But tasty. The jacuzzi experience was cool too. Only turnoff was that pets are not allowed but stray animals roam around the property.

The property is wxcellent, especially the pool. However the service is not ao good. Most room service orders will take more than an hour. Staff is not rude but also not corteous.

We had booked the anaya rooms at fort roychak with high hopes and to spend a quality new year's eve. Our hopes were dashed the moment we set foot in the property. The rooms we were provided had multiple problems. The advertised usp was a bubble bath which to our horror was totally dirty and filled with hair and what not. After cleaning it was found out that the pump did not work. After correction it was seen the electrical connection was wrong. ***** with this the thermostat in the bedroom did not work. I had maintenance people going in and out of our room continuously. I even had to cancel my spa appointment in order to take up this maintenance issues. The dinner was included in the charge and the food was nothing to write home about. The wine served was poor. The turkey was perilously cold. It might be mentioned here that despite having trouble with our rooms we were not provided an alternative accommodation even on request. We spoke to the senior manager during checkout. He did compensate by not taking our lunch bill. However the point as we mentioned to him was you cannot compensate happiness and privacy during a special day like that. You need to be better prepared as a hotel authority to take care specially during this times and also when you are charging more than double the normal room rates. Hope they learn from this. The senior manager had promised to call us after this debacle but sadly he did not. Anyways hope for better if we visit next time.

The villa was pretty and super comfy, but the jacuzzi was not clean and the service of cleaning and providing us towels were super slow!

Nice place to relax over a couple of beer by the pool. But quality of food can be better considering the price.

The property is beautiful but can be more maintained. The food was good but expensive. Only disappointment was the pool service for which i paid extra but found out renovations were going on at the private pool
