I stayed at this hotel numerous time, this was the absolute worst ever. Room wasn't ready on time. Breakfast staff was the rudest ever, two of them walking around with a platefull of food, my son and I came down at 6:15 took some coffee and the dining area was still dark, we also took a yogurt from the fridge. At 6:30 all the hot food was out, lights till off. My son went over and took some of the scrambled eggs. One of the kitchen staff immediately came over and said breakfast wasn't ready yet and he was warned if he didn't throw his food away he could get sick! Unbelieveable seeing as they were both eating. The other kitchen staff went and got a padlock and locked the refrigerator. So the breakfast included obviously WAS NOT and we were not only humlated but was treated like we didnt matter. I'm a gold madalion business member and will never recommend this hotel and will never stay here again. The staffing changes have gotten so bad. It USED to be an excellent hotel when the staff acutally care about you it no longer is.

Great hotel for pet owners. Staff are professional, friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Definitely a go to for future travels in the area.

Not only was the king bed in executive room #304 like a board, the comforter was bare with no duvet, not even a top sheet. We discovered missing sheet when pulled back the cover to go to bed. Had to get dressed and go to front desk for a sheet as only one staff on duty in the building. In the morning, I requested bedding for the sofa bed for the next night but again had to go get the bedding ourselves that evening. Sofa bed was not great but better than the king bed. The hotel was very clean. Breakfast was typical Fairfield adequate. 2 TVs in room. 1 said no cable connection, and it is difficult to shut off the screen saver. Appeared to be fixed second day but immediately failed again. There was some noise from other rooms but fortunately stopped before midnight. Easy on and off I-95, plenty of parking. We are Marriott loyal but would not stay here again. Did not get goodnight's sleep either night.

Took the family to kings dominion for the night and stayed here. Within 15 minutes of the park. Very comfy, clean hotel. Staff was friendly and hotel is close to just about anything you would need.

We were pleasantly surprised that someone was available to check us in at 2:00 am! And he was friendly and very helpful.
The rest of the staff were also helpful and pleasant. Overall it was a very good stay at the Fairfield Inn.

Everything was great BUT there is a light in the cabinet where the microwave is stored. No switch to turn it off. The light kept me up.
