Great location. Close to a nice whiskey bar and south bend brew works. Love that parking is in the building. And no added fees for pets keeps me coming back to all Alofts. Grassy area just a short walk at the back of the building.

Stayed here for a car event at the Studebaker Museum. (It's an annual event.) Great hotel, very clean, hotel bar is alot of fun. They had a DJ set up in the lobby which made the evening much more enjoyable. (I hope that continues) Food was great, so were the drinks and so was the service. Will return.

Stayed for only one night; property feels new and smelled so fresh everywhere. Staff I interacted with were nice. Room was nice with everything you need. Can’t think of any complaints but I will say the shower was oddly slippery. Something to watch out for. Walkable to restaurants … great stay overall

The hotel was beautiful and the staff was friendly. The only thing is that the toilet and shower are separated by a sliding door that does not close all the way, theres no way to lock it. So if you are sharing a room with friends, you can see inside the toilet/shower room. Also the shower sliding door is obviously glass, im not sure what happened but the shower door unhooked while i was mid shower. Thankfully my husband was with me to hold the door while I got dressed and went to seek help from the hotel staff before the door somehow shattered. Not a very toddler friendly hotel but we made it work. Walls were very thin or the doors are loud (slam when they close on their own) because we heard everyone else coming in and out of their rooms all night long.

We loved staying at Aloft . The hotel was very clean. The check in was easy and they had great service, comfortable beds, nice towels , good soap . It was located near good restaurants and in a safe area . Perfect place to stay. I would highly recommend it .

Only real issue was hot water , Staff was fantastic, food was good wold have gave it 5 stars on everything but one day hot water in shower was scalding next time wouldn't get hot I would stay there again just because of the friendly staff

Was here three days on business and was very impressed with hotel staff, cleanliness and bar and restaurant. My room was a large corner room with great views of South Bend all the way to Notre Dame U. Room was immaculately clean, bed and linens very plush and comfortable and functionality of the room was great with fast internet, a lot of working space , in room safe , small fridge and easy to use heat/ac. The staff throughout the hotel are super friendly and efficient. Front desk , housekeeping , restaurant and bar were all amazing. Hotel is in excellent condition too with everything in working order. The gym was oversized with more than enough Cardio equipment and weights. I will definitely be back since my stay was exceptional ! I’m a long time Marriott Bonvoy elite member and this hotel stands out for sure. Thank you ! You aloft team.
