I had a very friendly gentleman check me in on 12/9 around 10 pm but when I checked out the next day the guy was rude as can be. Shortly after I checked out I was waiting on getting to my destination and asked to use the downstair restroom and he rudely stopped the young lady from letting me.

Bill was adjusted to higher amount than booked at. Was told it would be taken care of. It wasn't! Will be disputing the charges and modify the review should it be corrected. Simply increased the room rate by $ 15.00 plus tax without explanation.

Terrible experience…..Front desk at check inn said I was lucky to get a room as they sold out ! Ac didn’t work in room and in the morning she ask why I didn’t call front desk ?? YOU TOLD ME WE GOT THE LAST ROOM !!! Toilet seat was ready to slide off , light out in bathroom, no tissues! Terrible breakfast, runny eggs bad orange juice etc just bad !!!

Checkin was fast and easy, no difficulties with getting in and getting setup. Was exactly what I was hoping for espically as it was in the middle of family that we were visiting. Would recommend and would stay here again
