The best hotel in all of Brisbane. Super clean the service is absolutely fantastic I mean fantastic they have thought of everything. You want something they do it straight away. They so do friendly and so professional

The night view is absolutely stunning, you can see the entire Brisbane city skyline. The hotel itself doesn't offer Chinese-speaking staff, so if you don't have a basic grasp of English, I wouldn't recommend staying here. Since I was on a red-eye flight, don't even bother hoping for an early check-in.

Another great stay the the Emporium. Centrally located to restaurants, cafes and bars and a great short walk over the bridge to the ****** and shopping. The staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay in Emporium Hotel. The room is very spacious and well equipped. Highlight is the roof top pool with towels and complementary water provided.

The location is fantastic! It's very close to the train station, bus station, and ferry terminal, and just a 3-minute walk to South Bank Park.
Service: I really have to complain about the service. I booked for four nights, and on one of those days, the room wasn't cleaned, even after I specifically reminded the front desk. The cleaning generally was quite sloppy; tea-stained cups weren't replaced, with tea stains clearly visible, and the bathroom faucet was covered in water marks. We were quite surprised to find such service and hygiene standards in a hotel of this caliber. Breakfast is à la carte with limited portions, one Western-style breakfast per person, which isn't really suitable for Chinese palates. We asked the hotel if we could cancel breakfast for the last two days, and they replied that it wasn't an issue for the hotel, but since we booked online, we'd need to coordinate with the third-party booking site. Although Trip.com actively tried to mediate, the hotel still refused. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to Chinese travelers.
