The 1 bedroom apartment was amazing. Very spacious and came with laundry. Views were also great. Staff were also very friendly and the pool was very nice.

The Arena apartments are spacious tidy and modern.
I stayed on level 7. There are views from the balcony of the park however the apartment directly faces onto another apartment across the road so there is no privacy. Unless you lower the blinds. There is a balcony from the lounge and also from the bedroom the bedroom has full windows from floor to ceiling. The kitchen and bathroom are modern. The on-site parking is $25. There is a ground level pool on site as well.

The room was awful, felt like it hadn't been renovated in over ten years. The furniture was greasy, and the cleanliness was terrible – there were hairs on the bedding and dust everywhere in the corners, making you feel like cockroaches could crawl out at any moment. The worst part was the irresponsible staff. We arrived late and picked up the key ourselves, only to find the access control system was broken. We had to wait on the street for almost an hour before someone came to fix it. This shouldn't happen; after the access card is prepared, it's right next to the main door – testing it wouldn't be too much trouble. This hotel doesn't live up to its brand or price. Avoid at all costs.

Check-in was very difficult- we arrived after 5pm, so we were a "late" check-in. Unfortunately, the kiosk didn't work. The screen froze after we scanned our QR code, and we were left standing there waiting for 10 min, until we called the Customer assistance line. It took a while for the agent to understand that the screen froze, not that we didn't know what to do. They called for the caretaker to come assist, who was very helpful and nice, but it still took a while for them to arrive. All-in-all, check-in took over 45 minutes when we were already exhausted from traveling. The room was very nice though.

U can find everthing you need in that rooms. You will feel luxury. Receptionist girl was beatiful, sweet and helpful. However self check-in was not a easy task. They may add a YouTube video for this İ dont know. Furthermore İ saw two coachroches on bathroom yesterday. Then İ remembered İ was in Australia and I didnt care. Thanks for everthing particularly receptionist girl :)

It is a nice apartment at a reasonable price for such a good location. It is very convenient to walk to CBD area just by crossing the bridge or taking buses. Several F&B outlets are just in walking distance. I will stay in this apartment when I visit Brisbane next time.

All good. Very accessible to lots of restaurants and shops. Close to exhibition centre. Clean and free parking underground.
