Airhome Southbank Riverside Tower

Thought booked under trip.com and check in at reception, but needed to check email carefully to pay deposit and cleaning fees before check in. Make people confused, booked under name Airhome but if never check properly email, property address is different. once checked in inside quite dirty. The most annoying was door key once opened very hard to take out from lock. Common room door lock spoiled, even inside locked outside still able to open. Table light was cracked, living hall blind was broken, common room chair leg spoiler, dangerous if guests don’t know and sitting down will incident happen. Overall just location convenient and night view perfect, other host needs to renew items of the property.

These guys will keep money they are not legally allowed to keep. Don't use any property rented out by Airhome, they do not deal fairly with their customers. We were forced to find other accommodation because of electrical safety issues and HVAC not working. They refused to refund our money for nights we did not stay. They engage in unfair trade practices, do not trust them.

View is amazing, however if you cannot get a good night sleep due to the state of the bed it doesn't matter how nice the view is. Bed base had clearly been broken for a while and been repaired poorly in the past so had 2 shocking nights of the 3 that we stayed. Bed was patched up before night 3 and sincerely hope the owner has since replaced the base. Extra bed consists of a blowup mattress that 'looses' air during the night so have to pump up multiple times during the night. Only received one key in the lockbox when checking in making it extremely hard to go our different ways during the day (5 pax). Upon checkout the second key miraculously showed up but was now too late for our stay. Cleaners do a quick wipe down and not a proper clean regardless of the fee all guests pay directly to the property before check-in.
