Pretty good, I'd definitely recommend it. I'll stay here again next time. It's really convenient; there are lots of shops nearby, and it's an easy walk. It was clean and hygienic. I'll be back!

The hotel's location is great, right next to South Bank Park, making dining very convenient. However, the hotel's hygiene is concerning; the bedsheets were very dirty, with stains on both beds. We later reported it to the hotel, and they changed the sheets.

Good location near from bus station, train station and so many resto and convenience store like : metro, mcdonald. Recommended

Worst service I’ve had during my 2-week trip in Australia.
Trip.com offers wrong dinner package and it was a nightmare to discuss with the responsible party to get the difference back, not to mention compensation.
The reception didn’t provide the welcome wine and chocolate when checking in and even ignored it after a call, which they said to deliver them to room!!!
Will never ever go the second time….

We had an incredible experience for our anniversary with front desk (Johnny and his manager) going above and beyond last night to help us celebrate and feel welcome. Great recommendation and made a reservation for us at a local restaurant. Highly recommend .

The bed had springs sticking out, and the showerhead was broken, resulting in very low water pressure. We mentioned at check-in that we had an early flight the next morning and needed a packed breakfast. To our surprise, the hotel staff completely forgot to arrange it, and all we got were some muffins and water in a rush. Definitely not worth the price.

We checked in very late, in the early hours of the morning, and the check-in process itself was smooth. However, there were no complimentary toothbrushes or slippers in the room, and we had to ask the front desk to bring them up later.
