Very good. It's a 3-minute walk to South Bank Park. There is a convenience store downstairs which is very convenient.

We had a fabulous stay at Rydges South Bank.
The staff and service was absolutely top notch.
Friendly, sincere and very helpful.
The room was clean and modern.
The bed and pillows were incredible comfortable.
Nothing was too much to ask for.
Room service was quick and reasonably priced.
Only negative is there is no parking at the hotel so you have to pay $55 per night for valet.

Although there are more chains in Australia, the service is really poor. If I wanted something, the front desk said it would be delivered, but it didn't arrive after an hour. I called the front desk to ask and said it was gone. Shouldn't it be better to call back?

It was ok, they only offered valet parking which was $55 or said you could park up the road at the convention centre. It was an extremely hot day and the air conditioner in the room wasn’t working so had to get maintenance to come and fix it.
