The location is good, just a short walk to city, to train station, to local store.
Staff are very nice, I have especially happy that they were trying their best to let us checking in early since our long flight arrived in the morning.
There were enough home appliances. We cooked quite a few times and it was great. Washing machine is fine. The roof top swimming pool looks good.
However, I think the place could be a little cleaner, especially the shower area. There are some mould on the wall and the shower head. Door handle is broken. On the other hand, there are quite some dust on the table, floor is a little bit sticky. The air conditioner is mouldy too, bed sheet has some stains, some of the pillow cases are a bit grey like the colour of dust.
So in general I think a lot could be improved, especially on hygiene.

The facilities are very complete, clean, comfortable, feels like home, the view and layout of each room is pleasant, I think soda is the best choice. For guests, don't forget to read the provisions regarding reception opening hours because it is not open 24 hours. You have to make an appointment first if you want to come outside the officer's operational hours

Emailed us in advance to inform us that the front desk service time had passed when the flight arrived, and requested to provide late check in service. I checked in on friday afternoon, that was the last i saw of anyone the office was closed all weekend, i asked for information about local stuff ( re : hotel brocure) and was told they dont do that, they werent open for help with a taxi , it was advertised there was a gym but i looked for one and not there, if your looking for a hotel with front desk help or communication this is not the place but clean and comfortable except the pool water was cloudy and i slipped as i couldnt see the bottom.

Found our room unclean. Pea nut shells and a hair clip on floor. Lots of dust every where and generally grubby.
Seemed pointless complaining as saw earlier reviews havent changed things.
Fan broke in room, light on balcony not working. No trays for the oven. Batteries dead in extractor controller
Another disappointment was the three new towers that have been built blocking the city view we had paid for. Yet pictures still show this view on booking sites.Especially the girl in the pool at night time !!

Stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment for a work conference. The apartment was lovely, with great decor. The bed was super comfy and clean. Had a view of the Brisbane Eye from the dining table. Staff were friendly and helpful. Apartment was centrally located.

Location was fantastic. Apartment is so open and clean. I absolutely loved the balcony.
Only downfall…no housekeeping service.
Otherwise, super great. I’ll stay here again
