The hotel staff was not great. front desk sort of had attitude. would not deliver simple things like water bottles to my room in timely manner. did not offer to get a tea bag for me either, sent me to go purchase one from the cafe-- usually hotels can bring tea to the room. shower was confusing to operate and no one even picked up on this/explained how to use the handle over my phone call, but they did send maintenance to my room which wasn't really necessary- I came all the way downstairs to have my troubles answered because I didn't trust their timeliness. then maintenance came up and explained it. I also wasn't offered to switch my room-- in hindsight, the shower handle was fine-- but desk was not going to bring a card to me. overall a bit difficult
