The room was clean and tidy and as expected in terms of functionality. Whilst this is not a criticism of the hotel per se I did find it quite noisy, as despite reminders during check in, and on signs and other information provided, other guests failed to refrain from loud conversations in the corridor. The noise certainly travels.

Clean comfortable beds and pillows, had to chase up more tea bags only 2 there, no tea towels or cloths, had to chase them up, food lovely.

Rooms have been refurbished, bathroom neat and clean,
need a chair or 2 in the room. Food and outdoor eating excellent with views onto the water way.

Food was poor at best, Steak burger bottom of the bun was like a wet sponge. Dry tasteless unseasoned salmon "special". The staff were rude and pre-occupied with themselves. Such a huge shame as the location is great. Not a great way to spend a mothers day dinner.

Will definitely book again.
No lift,and no choice to pay by cash,as no one there at 10am to give you the deposit back !!!!!

Dont waste your time - just awful customer service , Staff and management feel too important to assist paying customers with simple questions . Rude to my wife and children as well so made it an even worse experience . Plenty of better options around

A basic room above a very busy restaurant, which seemed to be the main business. It was difficult getting served at reception on arrival, and there were no staff around when we checked out. The place is deserted overnight. The room was cramped and a bit scruffy, no milk in fridge to go with the tea and coffee, no hand towels. Best thing was scruffy balcony with a nice view. And it had wifi which we weren't expecting.
