The front desk person Maria was so nice and so was security/ shuttle driver Scott (?). Such friendly staff eas appreciated after a long trip and late check in. The room was very clean and you can tell that the property was well maintained.

Overall, I felt the Hotel is worth a good review. The Hotel was comfortable, safe, very clean, good amenities and free breakfast. The room was comfortable, good working A/C, plenty of hot water, nice sheets, large TV with plenty of channels and a reasonably good WiFi . The staff at all levels are very friendly, helpful, professional and accommodating. The Hotel needs a cosmetic renovation and updated bathroom; it is starting to show wear and heavy usage. If the Hotel was updated and renovated, combined with the very impressive staff, this Hotel would be the best in town.

We’d been to Burlington before but stayed closer to downtown. This time we were there for a competition in a south Burlington so this was our choice. Great decision! Very nice rooms with nice amenities (linens etc). The free breakfast was very good. We didn’t have time for the restaurant or bar but it was lively! We’d definitely stay again.

I haven't stayed here in quite some time. The place must have gone through renovations and it was great. Walking distance to the club where the band we went to see was playing.

My mom had triple bypass open heart surgery. Not only did the hotel discount my rate, offer us the room for as long as we needed, and provide a shuttle service to the hospital, they were extremely kind. They asked how surgery went and if everything was ok, they asked that we let them know whatever we need. They went above and beyond to make us feel cared for. They see hundreds of people every single day, but asked me specifically how surgery went for my mom. I didn't expect them to even remember why I was there, let alone remember the details. If I ever go back to Burlington for another emergency, or even for pleasure, I will be going right back here, I won't even look at another hotel!
