Very helpful friendly reception staff , we couldn’t get in the main restaurant so they called “The willows “ which was on the same site to make sure we could get food there and also watch the football which was what interested my son. Room was lovely, clean, comfy huge bed and lovely powerful shower in the bathroom. Breakfast in the morning was buffet, constantly topped up with fresh food. Lovely quiet setting would definitely come back but would make sure we arrived in time to use the pool.

Very poor check in experience. Staff service level poor. Too busy doing other things, not bothered. No one else there so not busy or over-worked.

At the Waterfront Hotel, they have brilliant function rooms, fantastic food, welcoming and helpful staff and beautiful surroundings. The perfect place for a work event with fantastic spaces with views over the lake, and all the facilities you would want
