In town for a move. Our room and breakfast was wonderful.

Room was not clean moved the chair and clothing was there. 🤮 Hotel was very dark outside lights were not turned on and they have a security guard for a reason. Having customers pay for continental breakfast is not worth it. Constantly running out of food and they ran out of milk completely.

This hotel is 1 of the nastiest places Iv ever stayed. Between the towels and sheets having stains n them. To charging you $15 for some hotel breakfast. Won’t be using this hotel for any of my companies future trips to WV. The Fairchild right across the street is leaps better stay there!

We have been staying at this hotel 2 to 4 times a year for the past 8 years with no complaints. This time we were put in a room 515 right behind and adjacent to the elevators. If you could imagine a generator intermittently starting and stopping inside your room all night long. We are now sleep deprived facing a 11 hour journey. This room should be converted into storage. The front desk clerk acknowledged that the room is noisy.

Good hotel, but difficult to get to off freeway. Needs better directions from freeway. Room was clean and bedding was soft with big pillows. Breakfast was fair quality food. Booked room with breakfast (extra $9/person. They had started new menu, so maybe after some time it will be better. Same with dinner at Mosa's Grill in hotel. Staff friendly.

Very nice hotel and very family friendly. The staff was so kind and helpful. My kids especially loved the pool and all the other fun amenities they had to offer. Will definitely consider this hotel in my future travels through Charleston!
