Pool is small but fun! Last time I was there hot tub wasn't working this time it was!! People at front desk never seemed to be there when you needed to check in and out though

It was an average hotel but the price was way too high for an off season room. And after you book it there are fees that add 70$ or so. Ended up costing 189$ for 1 night.

Seriously??? How can the front desk NOT know where the rooms are located? How can the front desk NOT be able to pull up your reservation? How can they finally bring up your name with the wrong address? How can a hotel run with such untrained help? And it took an unreasonable amount of time to finalize the reservation and get a key! The breakfast was absolutely sub standard. Coffee wasn’t made… cold over-cooked omelets, no meat side, no ketchup, no hot sauce, no yogurt, no cream cheese and only wheat slice bread. FAILURE! A POOR QUALITY Inn. indeed!

It was a great stay. The beds were a little uncomfortable. But no bed is like your own bed, right!! The staff were very responsive.

This was a good basic stay. The staff ate all very friendly. Breakfast is a good. The hotel is clean. The pool area needs some updating. The mural in the pool area could definitely be updated.

The beds in our room were terrible. Lighting was awful. Some bu;bs were out and the remote did not work for the TV.

After making my reservation 1 month In advance, paid in full, I get to the hotel and they tell me that they dont have a reservation for me, and they are sold out. Not what I needed after a 9hr drive. They did find me a room for the first night, but I ended up having to get a room at another hotel for the second night. According the front desk, I was the 5th person that day that had this problem with an Expieda reservation. Not sure who is to blame for this, but I’ve been using Expieda for years and never had a problem.
