Room 211 bed frame broken very poor customer service 100$ deposit not worth the room. for brake fast few carbs no protein, with 3 oz coffee cup. No security bad neighborhood

This is the worst place ever careful with your deposit they ask for it in cash because they will find excuse to keep it , my brother showed up to pick me up and because I was eating breakfast when he got there he waited 10 min 4 me and they kept it

Room smelled like bug spray- I’m sure the blanket was over twenty five years old. No parking. Bed had a dip in mattress. Worried about bed bugs but no evidence

I needed to extend a stay for a tenant that was there for repairs in their unit, the individuals at the front desk stated that they couldn't extend the stay and that Motel 6 had a 3 day maximum stay policy and that they did me a courtesy for the 5 day stay. Nothing in Motel 6's policy does it state this 3 day maximum. In addition I have no idea what they are referring to "this courtesy" as I booked this through *******. I regularly make reservations for tenants who we have to temporarily relocate due to repairs in their units. But this property will no longer be an option for us.
