There were issues at check-in with payment from Trip.com and our rooms were in separate areas despite us requesting rooms in the same building. Upon asking multiple times we finally got a room nearby but the toilets were not working and we had to call for assistance multiple times which was always delayed.

The food was amazing! The service was fantastic. Vishal is a gem! Best prawn curry I've had. The vegetarian options are also good. When we asked to reheat the food they brought it out fresh again which was delightful. Another haunt for us every Friday afternoon morning forward!

We spent the most amazing 5 days here. Booked partial sea view rooms. Pros: 1. Rooms were new construction. Room was sealed so there were no bugs / mosquitoes . Bed was soft and very comfortable, washroom was clean. We have been staying in beach huts at Palolem since 2015 and this was the best stay experience. 2. They had power back up. 3. Check in was smooth and quick. 4. We had food and drinks at their restaurant almost everyday and everything that we had was great. Cons: 1. Service was a little slow sometimes. Overall we had a great stay and were sad to leave. The place has a chilled out and happy vibe. The staff is very polite and friendly. Special thanks to Loki for the amazing cocktails and to Suvee who always served us with a smile and became friends with our 4 year old son. We will be back soon and will definitely stay here again.

AZAYA beach resort with easy access to the property from south Goa Dabolim airport away from the populated city is an amazing resort with its luxurious amenities and a stunning beach view. Spacious clean bedrooms, delicious food and a swimming with a view of sunset. hospitality of the staff is excellent especially GRM Sanjana Pednekar. Azaya Beach Resort seems to be an excellent choice for travelers seeking a luxurious and relaxing beach vacation in Goa.

Exceptional Hotel located in serene South Goa location. Great place for a family vacation . The resort has access to a beach which is pristine and exceptionally clean. The pool , kids activity room and all the other the other facilities are very nice. They have great dining options within the resort. We particularly liked their Beach Side restaurant- Beach Grill which serves fresh sea food and variety of fishes. They also have a great bar serving some amazing local cocktails! Over all a great place for a family vacation. Most importantly all the staff members are extremely caring and they go all out to ensure you are taken care off!

Overall good but need to work on their floor marble, bathroom amenities and room freshness (without smell) and also need to check, everything is proper or not. Pros: large size room with good vibes and near to cl-ova beach. Good service neat and clean cons: mug and bucket was broken and look dirtily not provide basic amenities like dental kit, shaving kit. It is a well kept resort. The focus is the Spa. Three (or four) restaurants. Breakfast is adequate, good options including icecream, gluten free bread, and other regular items. The staff is sweet and strives to be helpful. Most are young and eager for good feedback :). Pools are nice, good surroundings. Rooms are well appointed but somehow a little gloomy. There are several minor but annoying issues in the bath area. The room layout of tha wheelchair accessible rooms is uncomfortable. Lighting is poor, though that seems to be in keeping with a lot of five stars, however in addition there is no natural light. The resort is not smoke-free, apparently like in all Goa! , so there maybe guests smoking in open areas and poolside. Rooms annd restaurants are smoke free but not the balconies. The presence of children including the guests' own does not appear to hinder smokers. The kids play area is neat, small and very limited. There is a game area for adults, limited and in need of replacements. There are no outdoor swings / bicycles other fun things for kids. So apart from the beach and pool, nothing specifically for kids. There is a mini theater with a kid movie afternoons and regular movie evenings, provided one wishes to sit in a cold room in front of a screen on a vacation. Beach is approachable via road, a few minutes away. Shuttle runs available. Beach is very clean. Overall, the resort is good for adults who wish to bathe in the sea or pool. The only possible reason to revisit this resort would be the sweet staff and the walk around the spa.
