Most important they had a Great staff all around, overall clean and nice updated rooms, good free breakfast. Only 1 problem and that was the pool water looked a little murky, not sure what is but we didnt let the kids swim in it. But i still recommend this hotel.

We travelled to South Haven for a wedding and chose this property for the proximity to the venue. The hotel was kind enough to let us check in early and the staff at the front desk was very nice. The lobby and common areas were spotless. Our room reeked of mildew. We cranked up the air conditioner, hoping it would go away. It did not. When we got home the next day, our bags and jackets still smelled of mildew. There was a stain on the desk chair, which was disgusting. The window treatment would not open and as you can see from the picture, was cracked. Extremely disappointing stay and quite unacceptable, especially for the price point.

I really enjoyed my stay. I’ve stayed a couple times. Everything was nice. Check in was smooth. Only thing I didn’t like was how loud it was in the hallways and people yelling until about 10pm. But I was still able to get good sleep. I’d stay here again. I’m a traveler

Staff and hotel was amazing! Had an extremely loud family on the same floor a few doors down with a ton of kids. Very disrespectful. Yelling, running up and down the halls, knocking on random doors, mother screaming at her kids. There was a random guy walking up and down the road behind the hotel yelling and screaming, and checking hotel doors to see if he could get in. One of which was unlocked and he did enter the facility. However! Very close to everything, and overall a positive experience as far as the staff, price, anvailability, and cleanliness of the hotel! Water pressure was amazing!!!
