Breakfast just like other hotels. Was told we couldn’t take food to our room. That’s a first! I’m 58 and my husband 60. We are old enough to not make a mess! That’s my big complaint. No luggage carriers either.Glad just one night stay!!!

The breakfast omelets were good. Even though this place was recently renovated their are many signs of wear or use of bad materials. Our plans changed and we were there before 1:00. The hotel was empty but the manager wanted $50 to check us in early. I know they have the right but it's never happened before anywhere. Even in Newark I flew on an overnight flight and the Double Tree staff let me check in at 9 am because the room was available.

Breakfast is good . Staff is good but I had a real bad experience with one and the gym is very functional . One of the staff was extremely disrespectful and I could pass that for stereotype.

The hotel is very friendly and Hannah is the best and makes everyone so comfortable. She needs a raise asap.

The room had a very strong smell, so we had to get air fresheners, and the window was taped up. The carpet wasn't clean, and I also had to wipe everything down with cleaning spray. The beds were not comfortable, and the breakfast food tasted old. The staff was pleasant, but I would not stay here again. And also, housekeeping never came to clean out the room

Stay was fine. Only complaint is it has a pool but is not opened. Which is why i booked here. But overall cleanliness and stay was good
