The hotel is very clean and nice place to stay. We can visit many places from the hotel and very comfortable to hire car. All of staff are very kind to us.

When I arrived.. I face a small problem with the room .. in few minutes, the duty manager, Ms Devian S. Coendraad, fix it, plus I got upgrade.8
I stayed in the hotel for 3 nights . Everyone from the hotel stuff gives you a welcome feeling. I wish I could stay more .. I'm sure I will return back. I appreciate being with friendly people, and I appreciate everyone from the hotel stuff, especially Ms Devian.

The hotel was clean and well kept, and the staff were friendly and accommodating during my stay. However, the food was quite expensive compared to the portion size. The room was also small, and the bed quality felt more like a 3-star hotel rather than a 4-star standard. Overall, it was decent, but there is definitely room for improvement to match the 4-star rating.

Hotel is near Blok M Shopping mall, train station and night market. You can find local food, cloths and very cozy coffee shops.
