The service here is truly satisfying. I've stayed here many times when I'm in Jakarta and wouldn't consider anywhere else. The location is super strategic, the rooms are clean, the staff are friendly and polite, and the price is very affordable.

No recommended! Signal TV & Internet HORRIBLE! mobile data ilang connection, padahal di ground floor! Berasa lagi di bunker isolasi . Berisik bgt suara tamu angkat telpon di luar tembus ke kamar. Bantal bnyk spot hitam seperti jamur Beberapa kali minta bantu staff tapi not friendly, hotel dgn kulitas seperti ini value yg cocok 100 - 150 ribu / malam

No need to explain. Cleanliness poor, amenities poor, services so so, just win in location. Even though they fall into the homestay or budget hotel category, cleanliness and maintenance should still be properly maintained at the very least. Thank you.

Strategic Location near Sudirman and Setiabudi area Affordable

Great hotel, service was okay. It's close to the LRT and MRT, highly recommended. The room on the first floor was a bit damp.

Central location which makes moving around easy. However the facilities are not well maintained and is pretty run-down. Towel has been overused till it's somewhat torn. The end corner of the room lacks wifi and telco coverage making it challenging to get connected.

The location is best but not really with the cleanlines and no glass availabe. Bedroom and bathroom should be better

Very disappointing stay The hotel was quite dirty, especially the bathroom. When I arrived, the water pressure in the shower was extremely low. After I asked the staff to check, they found that the showerhead was clogged due to dirt buildup. Before my stay, I messaged the hotel to confirm whether a hairdryer was available in the room. They replied that every room had one, but when I arrived, there was no hairdryer. I had to borrow one from the front desk. The next morning at 6 a.m., they knocked on my door and asked to take it back, disturbing my rest. That evening, I asked for a hairdryer again, but was told there was only one for the entire hotel, and I had to wait until 11 p.m. The staff was not helpful and seemed unwilling to assist. He also casually mentioned that the water would be shut off for two hours after 11 p.m., which I had not been informed of at all. Very poor communication and service overall.

For a business traveler this hotel location is pretty nice and walking distance to many transportation options.

Check-in opens at 14:00 HRS on the day of check-in, while check-out time is at 12:00 HRS. The suite is nearby (approx. 10 to 15 minutes by Gojek or Grab) the Sudirman Business District of Jakarta and big malls, such as Grand Indonesia and Plaza Indonesia. The Dukuh Atas LRT station is also in close proximity to the property. The room, while not fantastic, is decent for a short stay. Lite breakfast (bread, eggs, etc.) is provided for by the suite. Rating: 3.5 out of 5
