"Booked the executive Jacuzzi. The service was superb. The staff was so attentive. The room was quite small to my expectations. A little sad part of my vacation was the jacuzzi system when i turn it on, the whole tub will smell like fart. Probably the unclean filter. Which is sad because i purposely book this for the private jacuzzi. Maybe need to do some maintainance. Oh side note, No iron provided."

"Our stay at the hotel was very comfortable. They have Chinese-speaking staff, and the check-in process was incredibly smooth. The room was spotlessly clean, and the bed was neatly made. We also appreciated the complimentary bottled water and the filtered drinking water available on our floor. All these amenities really met our needs, especially in a city like Jakarta where water quality can be an issue. The automatic curtains and the sleep-friendly lighting design made the room feel both simple and smart. The entire hotel has a warm and cozy atmosphere, and every staff member was incredibly friendly. I loved everything about this place. It's definitely my top choice for accommodation in Jakarta!"

"Hotel is ok. Looks a little different from photos haha, in the photos it looks quite new and modern but when i reached in the hotel room. It looks like kinda old but its clean. Downside, the mattress is hard :( my tv wasn’t working well because the remote is spoiled. Called someone up, idk what they fixed but the couldn’t control the volume of tv, it think the remote is spoiled. The sink tap in the toilet is kind of spoiled too, its hard to control the amount of water you need coming out of the tap. Good side, the pillows are so comfortable! The staffs there are all very friendly and helpful. I like how they greet customers with a sincere smile and polite gesture. There was free jamu 🫶🏼 kids play area at the lobby. Breakfast buffet spread was great too! Location was at CBD area near a mall. Love it"

"This was actually my third time staying at Crib Kuningan and honestly, it never disappoints. The location is super strategic—really close to the places I needed to go. Service is also top notch; the hosts are friendly, always greet me, and if I don’t understand something, they’re quick to help. Cleanliness is definitely 10/10, especially the shower rooms and toilets—they’re spotless. I also really appreciate the free drinking water with a dispenser, such a big plus point for me. This time I stayed in the Earth Pod Double and it was way more spacious than I expected! Since I usually bring quite a lot of stuff (big luggage, etc.), I love that there’s still enough space to open everything comfortably. The small desk inside the pod is also a game-changer—it means I can still work privately in my pod. But I also tried working in the communal area, and that was really nice too, especially with the view from the top. Overall, a solid stay again—definitely one of my go-to spots in Jakarta."
