Beautifully decorated hotel for Christmas. Service was good but could be better especially for check in staff. Not so attentive as compared to the rest 5 stars luxury hotels nearby.

Excellent service. Nice lobby. Clean room. Breakfast had a good spread. Had some issues with the electronics (service request kept switching on, room phone working intermittently) and the aircon controls were wonky (couldn’t adjust downwards easily).
Overall great stay but rooms could use some inspection on the electronics!

They decorated and give complimentary cake for our anniversary. The breakfast is outstanding. Kids club is clean and fabulous.
