The elevator wasn't working, so we had to climb up to the4th floor with our luggage and then up and down agsin for dinner and one more time to get batteries for our remote...which didnt fix the problem with the tv anyway.

It’s nice inside. They still haven’t shoveled the walkways. Now all of the slush is frozen and is very slippery.

Was not the worth the $300 I spent. Found dirty washcloths and towels in our room. Did not have proper toiletries to accommodate guest. Front desk was rude and of no help.
