Was refused checkin until after 2pm
Bathroom was for disabled people and not to the standard for a business traveller.
When i was eventually allowed to check in after 5pm. I asked for a 6.30am taxi booking. ( Not dine or confirmed with taxi company)
The checkin staff said breakfast was open 6am
At 6am i asked for eggs on toast in the dining room only to be yelled at by the chef breakfast is not open until 7am.
Checkout desk opened at 7.00am. After my check in time for my forward travel.
Very dissapointed with the room, service and attitude of the staff. Well below standard.
Will not stay at this hotel again.
The hotel took a $100.00 advance from my credit card.
I had a room service bill less than $40 as yet no refund

We had a lovely big airy room with nice decor and a comfy king size bed. Everything was nice and clean although I think the toiletries should be brand new, not leftovers with barely anything in them from the previous guests. The massive spa bath was a highlight as it was the perfect size for 2 tall people! Our check in was delayed and because the receptionist was unable to get in contact with housekeeping to ensure our room was clean, he had to walk there himself to check. Obviously it wasn’t ready as we then had to wait another 10 minutes before we were finally able to check in. This wasn’t the receptionists fault, I think the hotel was short staffed.

Very pleasantly surprised. Nice big rooms, the most comfortable beds ever; great spa and pool. Friendly attentive staff. Everything is clean and tidy. The staff numbers are limited, but gee they try hard to make you comfortable. Only downer is the breakfast is not quite up to standard of the rest of the place.

Rooms were clean. Breakfast was scarce for a continental breakfast. Needed topping up in all areas and not very clean. The girl at Breakfast counter on day 2 and 3 was not really helpful and bordering on rude. It was an issue for her to fill a water jug. As we were a table of 5 we sat at a used table which we then had to clean ourselves and grab cutlery from another table. Chairs and glass wear were all grotty.
Rooms were good and and housekeeping was good.

Room was comfortable, facilities were great. Alot of entertainment and the food and drink were devine. Enjoyed it alot, thanks team. Staff were also very friendly.

Booked this place for one night. Room was clean and spacious, TV size below current standards. A few problems: - Unattended reception. The notice on the attached photograph was found on both arrival and departure at normal working hours. - In the morning the receptionist just opened the room without knocking the door first and apologised saying that system showed the room as a 'no show'. Really? - No chef at restaurant for breakfast and then only offer was a continental option. That was really bad for the price paid and what is advertised. - After waiting for a while at reception, went to restaurant area to ask for help to check-out and effectively the receptionist was there hanging out and not attending a client as the notice says. Really bad look. - Agree with other reviews that parking is messy and reverse parking is strangely not allowed. Definitely will try something different next time.
