Amazing staff!! The property is peaceful, clean, pet friendly, amazing room views and a pretty cool little pub in the lobby. Fireplace in the room with a lake view. Just spectacular. Highly recommend!!

Basically no service, I feel like the stairs are going to collapse...slapped the private beach, there is no need to live here. . .

Next to the beach, that's the only good thing I could say about this place, although that didn't matter for the winter season cause ski resort's are far from there, 27 minutes walk. Very overpriced and top of that $36 hidden fee as resort fee. There are plenty hotel/motel two three blocks from hevenly Ski resort. I would definitely tri them over this place.

Mikey & Matt took care of us at the bar. Great bartenders! Fast, attentive & friendly! Bar is super close to the beach so you you see your kids while hanging at the bar. Hotel staff is great too. Super nice friendly and tend to your needs. Can’t wait to come back!
