I checked the gools reviews and I thought this has a better review than the one I searched before. But honestly I didn't like the rooms. The tables where dirty. It looked like a lot of people finished their cigarettes on the table. The trash can also had an awful smell in a non smoking room. But it was quiet to sleep wasn't so bad.

Booked the hotel in the morning of check in. 10.38am, not even the check in time, oyo cancelled my booking without my consent, charged my credit card for almost the whole stay. When confronted, hotel guy said they overbooked and didn't give any solution. 5 star service from oyo, taking the money without giving any service 😌

I had a booking for this hotel for 2 nights. When we turned up they pretended they didnt have our booking and refused to honour the booking price even though I had the booking confirmation and showed it to them. At this point it was almost 9pm so we agreed to pay the extra money. Once in we went to the room it was absolutely filthy. The bedsheets hadn't been changed, they were full of long black hairs. The bathroom smelt of urine and looked as though it had never been cleaned plus there were ants crawling around everywhere. The whole room was disgusting. Needless to say, we did not stay there. Avoid this horrible place like the plague.
