The room was nice. I didn't order breakfast, so I don't know how the food is. The quilt is a bit thick, and I'm not used to turning the air conditioner on very low, so I feel hot when I sleep.

Don’t book it, the location is very remote, it’s a small hotel, the elevator broke and it didn’t get repaired for 7 days! ! ! ! The most important thing is that the hygiene is extremely poor! ! ! ! ! ! ! There are pictures to prove it! I have allergies to begin with, so it’s such a bummer! ! ! ! !
We were on a business trip, and we almost left early and came back late. On the third day, we suddenly found hair all over the floor and no one had cleaned it! The fourth day was even weirder, the floor was covered with lint, and the garbage bag was placed directly on top of my suitcase! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !
Complaining to no avail, we are only willing to give breakfast to settle the matter. Are we short of breakfast? I wrote a letter of complaint to no avail. The so-called lobby manager asked for an explanation but did not reply! ! ! !
I advise everyone to be cautious! ! ! ! !

The place is located in a prime Carlton area where you can eat cuisine from different country every day..the place is safe and on until late night/ early morning..the place has a quirky decoration and has all amenities (in fact I liked how techenabled the rooms are). The rooms are very cleqn and are cleaned every day _ one day when it was accidently overlooked, the manager made a point to personally address the cleaning in evening when I returned to the room and brought this to his attention. Last but not the least, the coffee shop in the hotel is just great - you can have amazing coffee and brekkie b4 you start you day here. I would definitely be back to this place whn I m Melbourne,and would happily recommend this to others.

Front entrance welcomes you with a small Zen feel. The lobby is connected with the restaurant in an open floor space. Stayed in Standard King Room, was very spacious with small arm chair, desk, TV. The bathrooms are very modern with touch enabled mirrors.
Absolutely enjoyed our stay there. Would definitely book again

Called in to this establishment on Sunday the 30th of June for some late breakfast & coffee. Staff were very friendly especially Fanee and although not on the menu, she helped us to get the kids sorted out with food. Anyway, once we were done, my wife went up & paid the bill at the servers till. A few minutes later, we got ourselves together and as we were leaving, from behind the hotel reception came a baldheaded dark chap towards us in a hurry. "Excuse me, have you paid?" he asked? Having worked in hospitality for a good few years, it's a good idea to check with a member of staff before confronting a customer who has just paid their bill and insinuating that they are effectively stealing! I told him that I had & what he had just done was plain rude. Hopefully this review outs this guy & his paymasters get to read this. A-hole.
