Norwich West (Showground/A47)

I visited with my partner. Room was really lovely/clean and a nice hot shower, the reception lady Kelly was very kind helpful and friendly. :) Would definitely recommend even being close to the main roads I had a good nights sleep and nothing was to much.

The rooms were very clean, staff were friendly and helpful, plenty of parking will definitely stay there again

Just a one night stay for work. The hotel itself is definitely in need of refurbishing. The room I had whilst reasonably appointed had no daylight due to overgrown trees outside the window. The restaurant at night was ok. Pretty standard food. Breakfast was at best chaos. Only one coffee machine which continually broke down, at best a limited selection of fruit and a table that nothing could fall off it was that sticky! The cooked food however was very good The staff at both the hotel and restaurant work very hard to compensate for this. Pleasant, friendly and accommodating. But give them the facilities their work ethic deserves

Room was clean a every thing was in place. Staff were very helpful. Food was good and offer was explained clearly

Staff were happy and I greeted with a smile. Quick check in and very professional. Staff always seemed on hand. Room was clean and everything in order. Bed comfy as always and shower hot. Location good and plenty of parking. Would definately stay again.

Perfect location for attending events at Norfolk Showground or (as in our case) attending to a newly bought house in nearby Easton. Clean room, comfortable bed, helpful staff. Let down by breakfast at grubby Table Table restaurant next door, complete with sticky floors, which needs to seriously up its game!

Had an enjoyable visit for a family birthday weekend. Whilst the double bed was on the smaller size to other Premier Inns. The staff were very accommodating, with Kelly on reception being helpful, friendly and going above and beyond all weekend….

We booked the hotel back in june for the football, its around 3 miles away from the ground, a little to far to walk, but easy by bus or taxi, when we arrived we got there late due to work and easter traffic we were met by 2 lovely ladies, that were really friendly our room was on the 1st floor, there is a lift but it wasnt working which wasnt a problem for us but there was a few others that were struggling walking up the stairs, the room was as you would expect, we had a view of the car park and some fields, the car park goes round the side so plenty of spaces, the room had a fan but we left the window open while we were out, the first night we kept the window closed and heard nothing the 2nd night we forgot to shut it so come around 5ish you could hear the traffic, but no problems witch is what you want. There is a lovely park round the corner with a little cafe and a small lake which was nice to walk round after a 8hr journey from cornwall the day before.

As usual a very good stay with PI, arrived just after 11 and the pleasant lady at reception sorted us an early checkin, really useful as it gave us somewhere to change to attend a funeral. Room was pleasant and clean, bed really comfy, and shower good, though Mrs C doesn't like a fixed shower head
