The bathroom floor was not clean. There was food in the freezer from a prior visitor. There was an odor in the room like fishermen were in there

I had to pay out of my own pocket due to the name of the hotel changed. The rooms are smoking and stinks of smoke. People were nice but hotel needs major renovations. No hot water for shower and water was brown.
