Hampton Inn San Francisco-Airport Reviews

Walkable to Caltrain station. Neighborhood is very safe (because mostly hotels in the vicinity that are servicing travellers who are having meetings with the South SF Biotech companies). Walkable to downtown South SF for eateries. Front counter folks are friendly, warm, and helpful. Room is dated but neat and clean (and tbh, this is the lower end of the hotel chain, so don't come in with lofty expectations). Happy to stay here again if I'm back in SF!

This is the third or fourth time we've stayed at this location when visiting San Francisco and while we appreciate them holding our reservation the room they left was in a bit of disrepair. It didn't feel fully cleaned, there wasn't a smoke detector installed and the barn door rail was coming apart. I also think the shower doors didn't open and close easily. I believe the hotel also changed their policy where we were charged for parking. It wasn't that way during our previous visits. Breakfast service and the staff were pleasant as usual. We may end up considering a different hotel on our next trip.

The staff is so helpful . They help me to pack a breakfast since I check out early and can’t enjoy the breakfast in the hotel. Definitely will recommend

Nice and quiet room

The hotel is surrounded by companies and is suitable for a one-night stay during transit. But you can order takeout. The hotel provides breakfast in the morning, which is enough to meet basic needs. The front desk is also very helpful!

The surrounding is very safe, there are high-tech companies, no residential areas, the room is clean and tidy, but you have to wait until 3 pm to check in, the breakfast is OK, parking is charged, but there are not many people around, you can park in the parking lot opposite,

The environment and location are very good, the only drawback is that special tickets cannot be issued
