The room type was upgraded and I was quite satisfied. However, I encountered many children who were noisy all the time. The soundproofing was not good. The front desk was not very professional. Some people gave various experience coupons, while others gave nothing. I didn't understand the rules.

The room is clean and spacious.
Due to the structure of the hotel, there were windows on the aisle side, giving the room an open feel.
There's a Tesla supercharger in the parking lot, so it's convenient if you're driving a Tesla.
It was convenient because it was close to the airport and a short drive to downtown San Francisco and tourist spots.
Unfortunately, when I wanted to use the washing machine, the dryer broke and I couldn't use it.

This property is great. Easy access to the freeway, yet very quiet. The breakfast is top notch for hotel breakfast too. Will stay here again.

Everything great except that the WiFI sucks big time.. For such a nice property and staff, the WiFi is a bummer. I stay here atleast 2-3 times a year and if this continues I might seriously consider not selecting this property. Thanks

consistently clean and enjoyable place to stay. The lock down on the room temp is annoying, and during this visit, it was way too hot in the room; I had to open the sliding door. Otherwise, it was a great stay.

Receptionist who helped me at the front desk... Marielle or Marienelle (applogies, if i spelled it wrong)... she made an amazing and exceptional impression. Complete opposite of what I had to deal with before I booked with this hotel. Friendly, professional and positive. She made my check in smooth. Will recommend this hotel to friends and family.
