The hotel has a poor breakfast, the document that lies in the room says that breakfast is from 6 to 10AM on weekends, but when we arrived at 9.30AM, everything was removed. It turns out that breakfast is from 6 to 9AM, the rules have changed, but no one reported this and did not remove the old information from the room. In the bathroom, the tub was clogged, I had to wash myself in knee-deep water. The room has a reeking smell of antiquity as the rooms are not ventilated and the windows cannot be opened, the furniture is very old. And in general such a feeling that this is not a hotel but a motel. I don't recommend staying there. Of the pluses, the location is nearby, 5 minutes from the station L1, L2, it is very convenient to get to San Francisco, a comfortable train takes 20 minutes to the city.

My colleagues and I had our flight cancelled last minute and were struggling to find a suitable rebooking time. The staff at Comfort Inn were so kind to us as we were navigating our travel adjustments. They gave us great service and offered late check out times since our rescheduled flights weren't until late the next day. They double checked on how we were doing the next day, which was so kind! Comfort Inn made a frustrating situation much more comfortable. Thank you to the wonderful staff that helped us.

Consider booking a room elsewhere. Despite appearing more budget-friendly than neighboring options, my experience was marred by unforeseen expenses. After prepaying for a three-day stay through *******, I was surprised to discover an additional charge of $125 labeled as "parking and fees," and to make matters worse, I was not provided with a receipt. The first night revealed a shower drainage issue, fortunately resolved promptly by sending someone with a bottle of drain cleaner and a rag. Uneven stairs with some looseness raised safety concerns. While exploring, I noticed potential structural damage to the building. Adding to the discomfort, the presence of questionable individuals on the premises left us feeling unsafe. In light of these issues, I strongly advise against choosing this location for your stay. On the first night, I encountered a drainage issue in the shower, which fortunately was addressed promptly after reporting it. The maintenance staff used a bottle of drain cleaner and a rag to fix the problem. Additionally, I noticed that the stairs were uneven, with some being loose. While exploring the premises, I observed what seemed like potential structural damage to the building. This experience has left me concerned about the overall quality and transparency of the accommodations.
