Checking in and out is very simple. the person is very kind and helpful.
the room was okay.
when i check the bedsheet there some stain. also 2 towels are dirty.

I and my family had to extend our stay by 3 more nights as the kids love it here bcos of the cozy homely feel coupled with the friendly staff.
But as it is all good things come to an end as we had to check out today to move into our new apartment.
Had to virtually drag my kids from the hotel as they want us to stay more nights before moving to the apartment.
I sincerely want to thank Janmesh for being such a welcoming and kind soul and all the other members of his team at the hotel for making us feel welcomed and at home all thru our stay.
I and my family are now loyal followers of the hotel and look forward to our next visit. I recommend the hotel in case you need a break and a quiet place to work or have some quality family time

Mine was a small room but nicely decorated. The bed was comfortable. There was no parking on the property (all spaces were full) and I didn't know how safe it would be to park on the street behind the hotel. I was able to move my car into one of their spots later after 10:30pm but the spaces are tight.
The lobby closed about 10:30 at night until 6:00 or 6:30am so I could not get available water. The woman who checked me in was very nice.

Our stay was excellent from the moment we walked in the hotel. We arrived at noon, expecting to only be able to drop off our bags before heading into downtown SF. Jamesh gave us amazing customer service, and made me my wife’s hero by not only getting us AAA discount on our early check-in fee, but helping us get an upgrade to a King suite! My wife and I loved our stay, even though it was just for the one night. And the super close proximity to the SFO airport was so helpful, allowing us to be able to return off the rental car and make it to the terminal with enough time for breakfast before our flight. You ROCK, Jamesh!! Thanks again!!
