Hotel room was dirty and ambience also was not as per standard. Breakfast and food quality was not good

Except the location other things are good. The hotel is well maintained and the staffs are well behaved.

The service by shreeja rai was excellent, but the other all services were sad, quality of break fast and fod was sad. There were mosquito in garden. Delivery post giving order was delayed. The other male person was not courteous to speak nicely also. Even umpteen number of requests was required for water

Sundar Spa and Resort is a beautiful relaxing place to come and chill with your family and friends.Loved the ambience,cleanliness and service was on point.The staff were very helpful and approachable.Food was also delicious.We thoroughly enjoyed our meals.The managers Miss Srijana Rai and Mr Hafiz were very nice and approachable.We would love to visit again and 5 stars for the whole team Kudos. Rooms were very neat n clean,restaurant and coffee bar is beautifully designed,it has huge area with 2 swimming pool and children park too,I recommend for anyone with family or couple, children can have lots of fun with children swimming pool,food was also tasty.
