Very small hotel and rooms but very close to the center and restaurants.
Arrived after 11pm which meant we had to check in in the hotel across the road.
Good for a stop-over night on our way to Cairns.

Really amazing stay, enjoyed using the facilities (especially the gym! The only thing about the gym is that for the weight section there isn’t any type of mirror to see yourself, but overall was amazing). Also, loved the tv, and being able to look up and listen to our own type of stuff, really cool. Would definitely come here again, no doubt! Thank you Palmer!

Service was great as I had a late check-in and was able to access the hotel through their partner at the Rydges. Very safe and accessible. The bar and restaurant on site was handy and I haven't had any trouble with my two stays so far. Will definitely be back!

Lovely hotel in a great location. Great room such a comfy bed and has everything you need. Beautiful staff all so friendly and helpful. I had breakfast and dinner and the food was delicious and the cocktails were amazing. I’d stay again and would recommend.

Loved the service from the first Hello! m This place was so convenient for me to stay at as it was easy to find and to get to ( well at the beginning it was hard to find because Google maps took me ot the back of the hotel lol and I hadn't even checked in yet). The food was good and just to have friendly staff wait on you was a bonus! Thank you so much The Palmer Collective :)

I usually book along the Strand in Townsville but The Palmer had a deal running and was cheaper so I thought I'd give it a go. It was so clean and tidy, and the TV was super easy to use. My room almost got blackout dark too. Very impressed! Worth the switch from the Strand location especially considering the easy parking.
